TYLin accommodated numerous client-requested changes while maintaining the overall project completion schedule to ensure ’s operations commenced as planned. The new building totals close to 165,000 square feet of warehouse space and 13,000 square feet of office and accessory use. TYLin designed it as a concrete slab-on-grade structure with structural steel columns and roof framing with perimeter structural precast walls.
